tooner allows you to collect and organize many types of media streams, or spots, into easily accessible spaces. For example, a web video can be saved along with some music and a blog article. Since when you join tooner you create your own personal account and location, you can also save your friends to spaces, to follow their video posts or to contact them. Each space you create can be shared publicly or privately with people you can choose individually. All tooner members can access Public Spaces at any time with the simple touch of a button. Both places and spaces can be searched by voice command or keyword and by date or location.

Space navigation can also be controlled remotely by all the friends you have shared space with. In other words, by enabling spotting, users in different locations can control movement within the space like in a multiplayer game, like flipping through photos. By attaching a note to a spot, users can text each other within the space, while optionally deleting previous texts for privacy. Points can also be optionally associated with GPS coordinates to track movement, and spaces can also be geo-located to leave messages, photos and videos for friends in specific real-world locations, creating a new dimension in messaging!

The three-dimensional nature of tooner spaces allows a point to take on any shape and change shape, by selecting one from the growing library of shape points and applying it to a photo or song, or just including it as is. 3-D model creators can choose the Shape Spot type to load any shape model into a zip file, which must include an OBJ model file and optionally an MTL materials file and any texture map image files necessary, keeping in mind the limited nature of cellular device memory as a limiting factor in model complexity. In this way, virtual sets can be created, where imagination is the limit, for sharing selfies or video messages.
